Teesside Campervans is a small, independent hire business run by people who genuinely love adventure. We built the van we'd want to hire ourselves.
Our story
From a Dream to a Driveway
It started with a road trip, a dog, and a very cramped tent. We came back sunburned, slightly muddy, and completely hooked on the idea of slow travel — waking up somewhere beautiful with a coffee in hand and nowhere to be.
We spent months searching for the perfect campervan hire experience in the North East and kept coming up short. So we decided to create it ourselves. We converted our VW to the standard we'd always wanted — thoughtful, comfortable, and genuinely ready for adventure.
Teesside Campervans launched with one van and one simple promise: to give every guest the kind of trip they'll still be talking about years later.
The van is fully equipped for travelling across the UK and abroad — whether you're exploring the Scottish Highlands, the Welsh coast, or heading through Europe. Wherever the road takes you, we've got you covered.
UK roadside assistance is included with every hire. If you're planning to travel in Europe, we can arrange EU breakdown cover for a small additional cost — just let us know when you enquire.
